Notice pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 on the protection of personal data.

Alkemy Srl (here in after Alkemy) with registered office in Milan, Via Carlo Tenca 14 – 20124, in its quality of owner of personal data treatment, informs and guarantees that all personal data acquired from customer or from his registration request to www.shoptrudi.com, will be treated in respect of privacy according to the above mentioned rules and they will handled and disseminated as follows:

a) Directly and/or through third party for purposes related to the products offered on ShopTrudi.
 

b) With reference to the services provided on the base of the General Sale Conditions, for purposes strictly related to the preservation of the credit risk, Customer identification, to verify the truth of the provided data and Customer solvency. At this purpose, all personal data could be communicated to third companies, specialized in commercial or credit data management (for i.e. Electronic Data Processing, Banks, Risk Centres);
 

c) For statistical purposes, to send promotional materials and for the marketing of Trudi services.
The Customer can exercise the rights acknowledged to the person concerned according to the article 13 L. 675/96, the rights currently acknowledged according to the art. 7 Dlgs. 196/2003. All data are legally collected and registered for the above mentioned purposes and they are handled also with electronic system supports, or proper databanks in respect the same purposes in order to guarantee data safety and privacy.
With reference to the previous section a) the transmission and treatment of data are necessary to establish a contractual relationship, for his continuation and a correct management. Therefore any denial to provide the personal data may cause the non-supply of the Service.
With reference to the previous section b), any denial to provide the personal data or to allow the described use, may cause the application of the provisions according to the articles 4 (acceptance and fulfilment), 9 (warranty), of the General Sale Conditions. It will be always possible to exclude the treatment as mentioned at the previous section c).

With reference to the treatment, the Customer can exercise the right acknowledged to the person concerned according to the article 13 L. 675/96, the rights currently acknowledged according to the art. 7 Dlgs. 196/2003. He may require and obtain the confirmation of the existence of his own personal data to Alkemy and a readable form copy; require the acknowledgement of the data sourcing, the criteria and purposes on which the treatment is based; the deletion and anonymous transformation, the prohibition of data diffusion in case of violation of the law, update, adjustment and integration of the same data. The Customer could also partially or wholly disagree to this treatment, for lawful reasons.

The detailed list about the subjects responsible for the treatment and of third parties, whom the data had been communicated, will be provided by Alkemy on Customer request.
